Grab a partner and complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 Box Overs

15 Calorie Row

Switch when your partner finishes 200 ft. Farmers Carry
So, you start the Box Overs and Row. When I get back from the Farmers Carry we switch and I pick up where you left off. Record total rounds and reps of the Box Over / Row.
