Every minute on the minute complete:

7 Thrusters 75/55#

7 Pull-ups

7 Burpees
Complete all 21 reps every minute on the minute until you can’t complete the reps anymore. Scale down to 5 and 3.

Back Extensions (5X20)

25 Sit-ups and 20 Push-Ups between each set of back ext.
