You choose your weight for this METCON! The goal is to accumulate as much weight as possible. If you made it through the round of 10 cleaning 115# you would multiply 30×115 to get a score of 3,450# total pounds. So, is it better to go light and go really fast through the cleans, or is it better to go heavy and go a little slower?!
