0-15: Back Squat (Work up to a heavy Double)

20-23: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

With a partner, 3 minute AMRAP of:

Back squat 155/105#

Switch as necessary

30-40: Metcon (No Measure)

Pull-up practice EMOM

Minutes 0-5:

5 strict pull-ups

Minutes 6-10:

5 kipping pull-ups
Use bands as necesaary to complete the 5 reps unbroken.
