0-10: The DT Test

In 10 minutes, find the heaviest weight you can do one unbroken round of DT:

12 deadlifts

9 hang power cleans

6 jerks
Rest 5 minutes

15-?: Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time of:

12 deadlifts

9 hang power cleans

6 jerks

Guys use 95#

Girls use 65#
Usually “DT” is performed with 155/105#. This is the lighter, faster, possibly more intense version of the classic. Hang on for dear life!
