I am a husband, a father, and owner of CrossFit Pampa. I’ve been coaching for over 7 years now and have never been more excited to be a part of the amazing things going on at CFP. I get to wake up every morning and go do exactly what I love to do: Have fun and coach great people. There are few things I love to see more than someone getting their first pull-up, running their fastest 5k, or just doing something they never dreamed they would do.
