4 Minutes to complete each:
1) 60/50 Cal Row
2) 50 Over the Bar Burpees
3) 40 Deadlifts (225/155)
4) 300 Double Unders
Complete the movements in any order. Score is total time to complete all movements. Rest with any time left in the 4 minute period. Add 1 second for each rep/cal not completed in the 4 minute period. You will input 4 different times into Wodify.
