Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

2 Rounds for Reps:

3 minutes Back Rack Hold (185/125) & Max rep push-ups.

3 minutes of Front Rack Hold (185/125) & Max rep sit-ups.

One partner holds while the other works. Switch as necessary. Score is total reps.
