60-50-40-30-20 reps of:

WallBall Sit-ups (20/14)

Box Jumps (24/20)

Decline Push-ups
Pass the ball back and forth on sit-ups. Alternate work and rest on box jumps and push-ups. Feet are on the box for decline push-ups.
