Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Test it out beforehand to find a rep scheme that you can keep for the entire 30 MInutes! It’s going to be hot, drink a lot of water!!!
